Tanya Rivera is a dedicated professional with a decade of experience in the healthcare industry, specifically in orthopedics. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated expertise and commitment to the well-being of others. Her passion for improving patient outcomes and her leadership skills make her a valuable asset in healthcare management. Tanya is a mother to three kids, the youngest in elementary and one in middle school & the oldest a freshman in college. She is a football mom, and in the off-season, her kids participate in wrestling.

She currently brings her experience to the Home Care environment which has been her specialty for the past 15 yrs.

Taejoon(TJ) Han grew up in South Korea. He came to United States when he was 20 years old. He started his studies in medical field majoring in Nursing and served the military duty in South Korean Army as a medical soldier. He decided to change his career path to physical therapy for ultimate patient well-being in rehabilitation. He received his Bachelor’s Degree from University of Georgia in Athens, GA and his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from New York University. Dr. TJ Han has a certification of Exercise Physiologist from American College and Sports Medicine(ACSM-EP) and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist(CSCS) from National Strength and Conditioning Association(NSCM). He has brought his experience from a multi-various different clinical settings and military serve as a medic from South Korean Army to Prime Orthopedics Rehabilitation.

Rebecca, born and raised in Teaneck, New Jersey, graduated in 2022 from Touro University with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Rebecca loves working in the outpatient setting, as she enjoys being able to treat a variety of patients, including those with orthopedic, neurological, and vestibular conditions. Out of the office, Rebecca is an avid tennis player, lifelong New York Knicks fan, and most importantly, a devoted wife and mother.

Dr. Julia Istratov received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Simmons University, Massachusetts and has been in a physical therapy field since 2004. Dr. Istratov has a wide range of clinical experience and specializes in prevention, as well as, treatment of orthopedic and musculoskeletal injuries, pre- and -post surgical conditions, as well as sports related injuries. She strongly believes in the importance of patient education, postural re-education and body mechanics in maximizing functional recovery. To achieve optimal patient outcomes, Dr. Istratov combines her strong academic experience with her years of continuing education, and integrates traditional physical therapy exercise with more cutting edge techniques.
Her extensive training and experience with Dr. Igor Burdenko, a well known expert and creator of aquatic/land-based rehabilitation and conditioning methods, led to her certification in Levels I and II Burdenko Method Training Courses. She is Level I and Level II Certified Graston provider and has extensive training and years of experience utilizing manual therapy techniques such as, Strain and Counterstrain, Joint Mobilizations, Trigger Point Release, Myofascial Release, Kinesiotaping, Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment of Lumbar, Cervical and Thoracic Spines according to Robin McKenzie, as well as individualized exercise prescriptions to the needs and goals of the patient.
Dr. Istratov’s passion for activity and a healthy lifestyle is a major part of her personal life. She lives in Closter, NJ with her husband and son. Outside of work, she enjoys everything outdoors with her family.

Kyle grew up in Fair Lawn, where he currently lives with his fiancé and three adorable cats.

Heather Previll, PT, DPT, is a physical therapist with 20 years of clinical experience working in various settings. Dr. Previll specializes in outpatient orthopedics, including post-operative rehabilitation. Dr. Previll was born and raised in New Jersey, receiving her Bachelor’s degree in exercise science from Rutgers University. She pursued her master’s degree in physical therapy from Dominican College in New York and her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Arcadia University in Pennsylvania. Dr. Previll believes treating the body as a whole is essential, incorporating yoga, Pilates, and various other exercise methods into her treatments. She is certified in Kinesio taping and other manual therapy techniques such as Maitland, McKenzie, Mulligan, and pressure point release. She has practiced physical therapy in multiple states and countries before settling in Palm Beach County with her husband and two children in 2020.

Dr. Marta Topor PT, DPT graduated from the University of Vermont with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2020. Dr. Topor is no stranger to the world of athletics. She participated in MSU’s Division III Volleyball team, where she earned All-Conference honors and served as a captain for three years. Dr. Topor has spent over 7 years coaching volleyball for the Girl’s Club for teenagers ages 12-18. She spent her time working closely with the athletic department in both grad school and undergrad. Dr. Topor has spent valuable time preparing professional VB athletes and prospective NFL players for their game debut. She uses her upbringing as an additional bonus since she has the ability to communicate efficiently with clients who only speak Polish. Marta continues to enhance her skills and knowledge through The Institute of Orthopedic & Sports Manual Therapy, IOSMT, Manual Therapy Program. Dr. Topor is excited to make real connections with her patients while alleviating pain and improving function through manual therapy and her knowledge in therapeutic exercise. She is also looking forward to working with athletes and patients of all ages and eventually attaining the goal of becoming an orthopedic clinical specialist. In her time off she enjoys hiking with her dog and downhill skiing. She also has a passion for traveling and exploring new cultures.

David Wallace, PT, DPT

David is a licensed Physical Therapist who received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at New York Medical College in 2015, and has been specializing in orthopedics ever since. With additional clinical experience in hand therapy and geriatrics, and a personal history in martial arts, weight training and mat pilates, David has a diverse background to draw upon when working with all patients. David utilizes elements from his training in pilates, manual therapy, and martial arts to provide an individualized plan of care to foster long term wellbeing and create lasting change. David is a proud member of the American Physical Therapy Association, and the Orthopedic section. In his free time David enjoys taking continuing education, reading, training judo/martial arts, and spending time with family.
