Gabrielle Vincenza Jakub, raised in Westfield NY, received her undergraduate degree in Biology from Rutgers University and then went on to earn her Master’s in Occupational Therapy in 2018 from University of the Sciences. Gabrielle started her career in sub-acute facilities providing occupational therapy to the older adult population, after a year working, she became Director of Rehabilitation but soon realized she missed working in the community providing occupational therapy to home bound and underserviced population. She began working as an occupational therapist in early intervention providing OT services for 0-3 year old children while also working in the acute care setting at Jersey City Medical Center.  She recently began working at Prime Orthopedic Rehabilitation providing in-home services to a wide range of populations. In her spare time, Gabrielle enjoys going to the beach, spending time with family, and exploring new foods and culture.  She looks forward to helping you regain the life you want through your occupations.
